1. Transaction Procedures
Step 1: A customer got our catalogue and makes PURCHASE ORDER (PO) and sends it to Qoolcomm.
Step 2: Qoolcomm makes PERFORMA INVOICE (PI) and sends it to Customer.
Step 3: If the customer agrees to PI, he or she makes payment (phone cost + freight charge) and shows payment proof.
Step 4: Qoolcomm arranges production or shipment.
Step 5: Qoolcomm ships after the payment shows on Qoolcomm’s account.
Step 6: The customer receives the package.

2. Quotation
1) The price in the catalogue is based on FOB Hongkong for main order excluding the freight charge.
2) For sample order, the price will be a little higher than main order.

3. Freight
1) Freight will vary depending on destination, weight, courier, or forwarder. We will always choose the cheap but safe transportation for customers.
2) Customer can also assign the forwarder and pay the freight by customer.

4. Shipment
1) For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, EMS. Customer can assign the courier.
2) For larger order, we could use courier or air cargo or other special forwarder.
3) Customer can also assign the forwarder to make the transportation.

5. Payment Options
1) For sample order, western union is preferred below USD3000.
2) For main order, bank T/T is preferred.

6. Warranty
1) We provide one-year-limited warranty for all models products.
2) When you post the product to us for repairing, please describe all the details about the malfunction, so that we can deal with it promptly.
3) We reserve the final interpretation and revision rights of this warranty.

7. Free Software Upgrading Service
Once we upgrade the software, we will announce in our website in time, you can achieve free online software updating with more amazing functions.
